Changes in diet and physical activity during the COVID age

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the daily routine of everyone in the Czech Republic, even school-age children, whose daily rhythm has been completely changed due to school closures. Children were left without regular exercise at school and in after-school clubs, they were eating irregularly and with a different food composition, and their sleeping patterns shifted. Many children returned to school fat and physically unfit after the government measures ended. For fat children, this change could have a negative impact on their health. The aim of this study was to obtain information on changes in eating and exercise habits of school-aged children before, during and after the lockdown. The information obtained from each period was compared and evaluated. Another aim was to determine whether the observed group of children had gained weight or not due to the changed daily routine during the covid restrictions, and for those who had gained weight, selected values from blood tests taken by a paediatric and adolescent general practitioner were monitored to see whether the values had moved outside the reference limits. This thesis "reward and punishment from the perspective of school children" about the risks of rewards and punishments. Describes the kinds of sentence and the types of rewards with their positive and negative qualities. The practical part is made up of research based on a survey which was completed by respondents from 5th and 6th classes from two selected primary schools and one selected leisure group. The aim of the research was to determine how, respondents access the punishment and reward what they consider punishment as a reward for what they have been given the worst punishment after what had feelings. Inflammatory bowel disease

Infammatory bowel disease IBD is unspecified form of bowel inflammation represented by two types - Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn's Disease. UC is illness that typically affects intestine mucous membrane from rectum up to proximal parts of gastrointestinal tract. Affection in UC is limited only to colon. CD is characterised by inflammation of whole intestinal wall with common manifestation in ileocecal region but entire colon and small intestine can be affected. Patients with UC and CD suffer by extraintestinal manifestations similar for both diseases. Illness therapy is currently focused on biological treatment. People with IBD are not excluded from common life activities like school attendance, sports, etc. even they have complications or some sort of handicap. These patients can meet each other and seek advice within IBD associations all over the world.
